Sittin here alone in the dark
completely and totally alone with my thoughts
a scared nervous pounding of my heart

Can somebody please help me understand
where it is i belong in this world
Right now i feel like my head is in the sand

I feel so lost and broken
can't seem to stop the tears from flowin
please help me get these windows open

my heart and soul is scared
what if i am not who i want to be
i feel so unsure and unprepared.
